Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Uniqee mobile application and website (collectively, the "App"), operated by Aibrary LTD ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Subscription Plans
Uniqee offers the paid subscription plans under Uniqee+:
All plans include access to Uniqee+ features and a recurring allocation of Sparks.

2. General Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in this policy.
By subscribing, you acknowledge that:
  • You are purchasing access to a digital service that begins immediately upon payment confirmation;
  • You waive any right of withdrawal under consumer protection laws where permitted, by explicitly requesting immediate access to the digital content.

3. Eligibility for Refunds
We may issue a refund in the following circumstances:
  • Technical failure — You were charged but did not receive access to the service due to a verified technical error on our side;
  • Duplicate charge — You were charged more than once for the same subscription period;
  • Unauthorized transaction — You can demonstrate that the purchase was made without your authorization.
Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with AI-generated content, match results, or other subjective experience of the service are generally not eligible.

4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid.
After cancellation, you retain access to Uniqee+ features until the end of the current paid period.

5. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation. If you are a resident of the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory statutory refund rights, those rights apply.

We will review and respond to all requests within 10 business days.

7. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Cyprus.
