2. Minimum Age Requirement- Users must be 18 years or older to create an account or use any part of the Uniqee platform.
- During the registration process, users are required to confirm their date of birth and acknowledge they are at least 18.
- Any account found to belong to an underage user will be immediately suspended or removed.
3. Age Verification Measures- To prevent unauthorized access by minors, we implement the following measures:
- Date of Birth Prompt during signup, which blocks underage entries.
- Behavioral and Content Flagging: Accounts that show signs of underage behavior (language patterns, content, etc.) may be flagged for review.
- Manual Reviews when reports or automated systems indicate possible underage users.
- Proof of Age Requests when required to verify compliance.
4. Reporting Underage Accounts- Users can report accounts they believe are operated by individuals under 18 via the in-app reporting system or email: info@uniqee.me
- Once reported, we will investigate and may request age verification.
- Accounts proven to be underage will be terminated and all associated data deleted per our data retention policy.
5. Data Protection for MinorsIn alignment with privacy regulations (e.g., COPPA, GDPR, PDPA):
- We do not knowingly collect or store personal data from individuals under 18.
- If we discover such data has been collected, we will promptly delete it.
- We encourage parents/guardians who believe their child has accessed the platform to contact us immediately.
6. Enforcement & Compliance- Violations of this policy result in immediate account removal.
